Celery, lemongrass, onion, carrots, Mount Zero Pink Lake salt, ginger, fresh turmeric, galangal, garlic, birds eye chilli, organic coconut oil, kaffir lime leaves.

Simply add 1 tsp to 250 mL of hot water for a full flavoured stock or add a few tsps directly to your favourite, stir-fries, marinades, dressings, soups and sauces.

You may also like to use it in soups, curries, or when preparing grains.
