Shipping is a flat rate of $12 within Australia to all capital cities and most regional centers up to 5kg. Above that amount postage is calculated automatically by weight and postcode. Postage price also includes full tracking details.
We seek to ensure that your products are delivered, without damage, from dispatch within 2-4 business days.
Organic Instinct may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. We aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being received. If all items are in stock, your delivery should arrive within 1-4 days (unless you are in a regional area or in WA where it may take up to 7-10 working days).
We apologise that we do not ship internationally. Currency All prices listed are in Australian dollars. Payment Methods All Visa and MasterCards are accepted through PayPal, and no surcharges apply. PayPal and Direct Deposit also accepted.
CREDIT AND RETURNS POLICY
If you have any questions or concerns with the products you have purchased from Organic Instinct, please let us know as soon as possible so we can endeavour to sort it out promptly. Our friendly staff will assist you in returning, exchanging or replacing the products in question as required or simply answer your question.
Please note: Requests for credits on invoices/orders received must be made within 24hrs of delivery of the order. All returns must be approved by the office prior to the goods being returned.
The goods must also be returned in clean, saleable condition and within the same packaging. Credits will be made after the product has been received and checked at the warehouse.
Credits are unable to be issued on:
- Discontinued items
- Any item 30 days after delivery
- Sale items
If your order is incorrect in anyway please also let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange to send you the missing items or arrange for return of items incorrectly sent. Please ensure all returned items are unopened and packed securely. Please do not dispose of damaged stock until you have liaised with the Organic Instinct customer service team.
