Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

Melbourne Metro - 1-2 business days

For Regional VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS - 2-3 business days

QLD - 3-5 business days

WA/NT - 4-7 business days

If you receive your products and they are not what you wanted, we will offer a store credit or refund for any items that are UNUSED and UNOPENED. For more information please read our returns policy.
Please contact our Customer Service Team admin@organicinstinct.net.au with your customer number and the item that was missing and we will organise it to be sent out to you.
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please DO NOT DISPOSE of the product. Take a couple of pictures and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving. Please refer to our Returns page to contact us.
Of course you can! All you have to do is select the products and place the receiver’s address into the shipping address field. We can also add a message too. Just include a note in the Order Notes Field and we will be able to print out and include in the gift box. If you forget to do this, just send an email with all the details to Customer Service Team admin@organicinstinct.net.au and we will organise for you.
You can purchase a gift voucher from our online store. A copy of the purchased voucher will be found under My Account and also will be emailed to you. From here, you can send it to the lucky recipient via email or print it out. Please read Terms and Conditions for Gift Voucher.

If an item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you via email or mobile to let you know. You can then decide whether to wait for the product to come in or obtain a credit/refund to the value of that product.
Our packing peanuts are made from water soluble starch and are therefore fully biodegradable. You can put them in the home compost pile or dissolve them in warm water.
We would love to work with like-minded people. Your products will have to meet our strict requirements of being ethically sourced, of high quality, have a natural ingredient list and must be genuinely low tox for both people and the environment. Please contact info@organicinstinct.net.au.
