Made from a blend of buckwheat and wheat flour, they are a versatile ingredient that can be served in various ways. Enjoy them cold with a dipping sauce or in a warm soup. They also make a great side dish with meat or vegetables and can be used in salads.

Once the water is boiling, slowly drop the noodles into the pot. Stir gently to immerse all noodles in water. Bring the water back up to a gentle boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Cook according to package directions, usually about 7 to 8 minutes.
