Rest and Relax is a targeted blend of herbal extracts to help you wind down your mind and nervous system so you can rest and relax.

It includes Californian poppy and passionflower, which are *traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce disturbed sleep, relieve sleeplessness, support health sleeping patterns and reduce symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.

Rest and Relax also includes Ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese medicine to help reduce the occurrence of irritability and Ashwagandha, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to relive stress and support healthy emotional balance.

ADULT DOSE

Take 2 capsules daily. For best results take half an hour before bed or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
