1. Remove cap: Unscrew or pull off the protective cap from the inhaler.

2. Hold inhaler upright: Bring the tip of the inhaler just beneath one nostril.

3. Close the other nostril: Gently press the other nostril closed with a finger.

4. Inhale deeply: Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose. Repeat in the other nostril.

5. Recap after use: Replace the cap tightly to maintain freshness and potency.
