1. Prep your skin. Make sure the area around your mouth is clean and dry. Skip lip balm or moisturiser right there, since oils stop the adhesive from sticking.
2. Apply. Peel off one strip, close your lips gently (relaxed, not pursed), and press the tape on centrally so it sits over both lips. Smooth it down from the middle outward.
3. Sleep and breathe through your nose. The tape is meant to encourage nasal breathing during sleep, which may help reduce snoring. 
4. Remove in the morning. Use your tongue to loosen the adhesive from the inside, then peel it off gently. One strip per night, so the 30-pack is a month's supply.
