Sriracha Sauce was originally produced in Thailand in the 1930s. This version echoes the original with its sweet, tangy and garlicky driven flavour. Church Farm combines sun ripened red chillies and capsicum to produce this vibrantly red, moderately spicy, and delicately sweet and sour sauce. Completely addictive and extremely versatile.
