Maharishi Ayurveda Kapha tea infusion is a blend of Kapha pacifying herbs which contributes to a holistic balance of mind and body.

The fiery and zesty tea gets its unique flair from ginger, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, turmeric, and saffron. It provides an internal warmth that is particularly comforting during chilly, damp weather and in the spring season, especially if you are experiencing lethargy, fatigue, or cold. Adding lemon gives it an extra revitalising kick!

Water temperature for steeping 80-95 degrees. Ideally consumed at approximately 55-60 degrees for maximum flavour. Tea Bag - Paper
