Maharishi Ayurveda Vata Tea infusion is a blend of Vata pacifying herbs which contributes to a holistic balance of mind and body. With aromatic ingredients such as liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger, this tea has a full and sweet aroma, with no added sugar.

It exerts a calming, warming, and harmonising impact on the Vata dosha. Vata tea is especially comforting during periods of strenuous mental work and is ideal for consumption in the evening, while traveling, or in cool, breezy weather.

The tea bag is made from paper and is staple-free so the taste is unaffected - no matter how long it is steeped.

All ingredients originate from organic farming.

Licorice, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon.

Water temperature for steeping 80-95 degrees. Ideally consumed at approximately 55-60 degrees for maximum flavour.
