Mullein is reputedly a lung cleanser and may help to ease congestion. Known for its soothing mucilage, Mullein has historically been used for coughs and respiratory infections, bronchitis and whooping cough. This tea can be combined with other beverages. Organic Mullein

Add a teaspoon of the Mullein herb to a one-litre teapot, add boiling water and allow to brew for 10-15 mins. Alternatively, soak the herbs in a litre of cold water overnight, discard the herbs and drink the liquid.
