Stelline, meaning little stars, is a variety of small pasta or gluten free pastina. With a short cooking time and they are the perfect addition to broth, soup or minestrone.

It is thought that they were created to delight children by reminding them of stars or flowers and encourage them to eat their dinner! Whether this is true or not, they are a great first pasta for young children, and will even bring a smile to face of big kids!

Free from Gluten, Wheat, Egg, and no legumes, gums or preservatives.

Maize Flour, Rice Flour.

1. Prepare broth or soup and bring to the boil.
2. Add pasta to pot and stir to separate.
3. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
