With a massive 17g of protein per serve

Flour (wheat), water, pea protein, GLUTEN flour, modified starch, dehydrated vegetables (cabbage, carrot, chives), Vitamin and mineral mix, salt, yeast extract, beef style seasoning (sugar, cinammon, fennel, star anise, clove, onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper) hydrolysed vegetableprotein (soy), maltodextrin, wheat fibre (wheat), oat fiber). 

Place noodles in a pot or microwave

Add 500ml of boiling water

Cook for 5 min on stove or microwave
