Enjoy this premium version of the ever popular traditional Jasmine green tea. Most jasmine tea is made with low quality green tea. Ours is made from a ‘Mao Feng’ green tea, a premium variety with large leaf and certified organically grown.

Scented four times with jasmine flowers, it imparts a delectable floral flavour and aroma. Perfect for those who appreciate a delicate jasmine tea!

 Organic jasmine green tea

1. Boil water – Heat fresh, filtered water to about 80°C (not boiling, as boiling water can make green tea taste bitter). If you don’t have a thermometer, let boiled water sit for 1–2 minutes to cool slightly.

2. Steep the teabag – Place 1 teabag in a cup and pour over 200–250 ml of hot water.

3. Brewing time – Allow it to steep for 2–3 minutes for a light, delicate flavour, or up to 4 minutes if you prefer it stronger.

4. Remove the bag – Take the teabag out to prevent bitterness.

5. Enjoy – Drink as is, or add a little honey if you like it sweeter.

Tip: XO Tea recommends avoiding milk in jasmine green tea, as it masks the floral notes.
