Sriracha Sauce was originally produced in Thailand in the 1930s. This version echoes the original with its sweet, tangy and garlicky driven flavour. Church Farm combines sun ripened red chillies and capsicum to produce this vibrantly red, moderately spicy, and delicately sweet and sour sauce. Completely addictive and extremely versatile.

Dipping sauce for spring rolls and other fried foods, in soups, on eggs, and in burgers. Use as a marinade for meats and vegetables, or combine with mayonnaise for a spicy dipping sauce. Lather in sandwiches and wraps and tacos, use as a topping on smashed avocado toast, as a salad dressing, or even on ice cream!
