Whole durum wheat semolina is fibre rich pasta using only durum wheat grown in Italy using strictly organic methods and packaged in paper packaging.

Boil 1.5 litres of boiling water per 100 g of pasta, add 10 g of salt. 'Al dente' cooking time: 11 min.

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
