Adults and children over 12 years: Take 0.5 mL once daily with food.

Children aged 1–12 years: Take 0.25 mL once daily with food.

Use the included BPA-free dropper for accurate measurement.

2. Elderberry Echinacea & Olive Leaf (200mL)Traditionally used to relieve symptoms of colds and flu and support immune system health.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 10 mL, three times daily.

Children aged 6–12 years: Take 5 mL, two to three times daily.

Children aged 2–5 years: Take 3 mL, two to three times daily.
