Bali Belly is another name for traveller’s diarrhoea caused by consuming contaminated food or water.

Usually, Bali Belly is caused by bacteria. The bacteria most likely to make you sick on holidays is escherichia coli (e coli) as well as shigella s and salmonella. Viruses like norovirus and rotavirus cause the same symptoms. Parasites such as Giardia lamblia are another cause.

The countries that made the list of most dubious destinations included Peru, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Tanzania, Nepal, Kenya, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Bolivia, Argentina, South African, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Turkey.

If you are travelling to any of these countries, take Nutribiotic Traveler’s Friend with you so that you don’t get sick.

For water treatment, add 10 drops of Nutribiotic Traveler’s Friend per litre; 3-5 drops per a 250ml glass. Allow treated water to stand for at least 10 minutes before consuming. As an added benefit, rinse fruits and vegetables in the treated water. Never use full strength and always use the safest drinking water available.
