SuperFeast Gynostemma Loose Leaf Tea 50g

SuperFeast Gynostemma Tea is a premium loose-leaf herbal tea made from 100% Gynostemma pentaphyllum, a traditional herb also known as Jiaogulan. Revered in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gynostemma is classified as an adaptogen and has traditionally been used to support energy, resilience, healthy ageing, and overall wellbeing. With a naturally smooth, slightly sweet flavour, it's an excellent choice for daily wellness.

Use 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaves per cup (approx. 250ml to 300ml of water).

Pour hot water (around 90°C to 100°C, just off a full boil) over the leaves.

Steep for 3 to 5 minutes (or longer if you prefer a stronger, more bitter-sweet herbal infusion).

Strain the leaves and drink.

Re-steep the leaves: Gynostemma leaves can be infused multiple times throughout the day by simply adding more hot water to your pot or cup.
