Simple Preparation

Boil water – Heat fresh water to a rolling boil (100°C).

Steep the teabag – Place 1 teabag in a cup and pour over 200–250 ml of hot water.

Brewing time – Steep for 4–6 minutes to allow the turmeric and spices to fully infuse.

Serve – Drink as is, or add a squeeze of lemon and a little honey for flavour and absorption support.

For a Creamy Turmeric Latte Style

Heat ½ cup water + ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based) until steaming.

Add 1 teabag and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Sweeten with honey, maple, or jaggery if desired.
